Sonoma Clean Power – Advanced Energy Center

SANTA ROSA, CA

Sonoma Clean Power received an EPIC grant from the California Energy Commission to create a retail space dedicated to bringing energy efficiency and emerging technology to their customers in Sonoma and Mendocino counties. This 12,300 SF, $4.2M Design-Build tenant improvement project in a leased building included demolishing existing interiors, constructing interior walls, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, technology, and building finishes.

6D provided facility maintenance and construction management services during pre-construction, construction, and closeout, including design management, regulatory agency review coordination, and construction management.
