The Santa Clara Convention Center has over 262,000 SF of flexible meeting spaces. It occupies a centralized location and is a high-tech facility. It can accommodate conventions, trade shows, conferences, corporate meetings, weddings and receptions, and other types of special occasions.
6D’s services included preparing and issuing solicitation of design and construction services for new food and beverage, audio visual, skylight replacement, security system upgrades, new paint, and new carpet. 6D prepared, managed, and coordinated efficient delivery of design, construction, and project permits for priority capital improvement projects, and managed expectations by communicating frequently with stakeholders. Work for this project included direct coordination with authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs), including planning, building, and the County of Santa Clara’s Department of Environmental Health Services.
