Oakland Unified School District – Roosevelt Middle School, Modernization & Renovation

OAKLAND, CA

This project includes the modernization of Roosevelt Middle School’s main classroom building and auditorium to meet current safety guidelines, and general improvements to the learning spaces throughout the building. Divided into two increments, Increment 1 includes initial interim housing and science building modular site work; while Increment 2 completes housing and modular work and Building A’s modernization.

Sixth Dimension provided construction management for Increments 1 and 2 of this project. For Increment 1 6D was responsible for the Owner’s day-to-day responsibilities of construction. For Increment 2 we were part of the pre-construction service team working on budget, design, and schedule/sequencing prior to construction start.
