The Judicial Council of California has a multi-billion-dollar Design-Build court construction program. Projects range from the small, five-court Juvenile Court Facility in Indio with a budget of $30M, to the 35-courtroom, 18-story Criminal Court Facility in Sacramento with a budget of $450M.

6D, as a key part of the program management team, provides leadership in the development of systems and procedures. The Judicial Council brought the Program Management Team on board to bring consistency to the overall program, develop a centralized program management system, develop, and finalize processes and procedures, and support consistent implementation of the system.
