PASADENA, CA
6D is providing project and construction management services for the development of a new three-story, 5,815 SF outpatient office facility in East Pasadena. Situated on an 11,260 SF vacant lot, this ground-up construction project will transform an underutilized site into a critical resource supporting patients in their recovery journey.
The new facility will relocate the existing Pasadena-based outpatient program from a leased space and significantly expand service capacity—doubling daily treatment slots from 67 to 140. 6D played a pivotal role in securing the project’s funding by assisting with the application for the Behavioral Health Continuum Infrastructure Program (BHCIP) Grant. This competitive grant, aimed at expanding access to behavioral health services, required navigating complex application processes and compliance requirements. The successful award of this grant has enabled the client to proceed with the project, ensuring the delivery of essential services to the community.
