6D provided construction management services for the Harper Field Renovation Project and the installation of solar systems to achieve Zero Net Energy at six schools under Phase 1.
Harper Field Renovation Project: includes regrading the fields for proper drainage, a new irrigation system, natural grass, and decomposed granite for the track. 6D prepared front-end documents and managed the bid phase, and managed the construction phase.
Solar Projects: added new photovoltaic shade structure-style panels at six schools to achieve Zero Net Energy. 6D managed the design phase and DSA submittal process.
