Los Rios Community College District – Folsom Lake College Science Building

FOLSOM, CA

This $65M project consists of demolition of AC paving, concrete seat walls, CMU walls and utilities. The new 75,200 SF, two-story science building utilizes the design-bid-build method and will house 12 educational laboratories with various prep and work rooms, seven lecture classrooms, administration offices, collaboration spaces, and restrooms on both floors. Site improvements include new utilities, concrete paving, AC paving, landscape, irrigation, and two new parking lots. The new science building will be the 13th building on the Folsom Lake College campus.
