DUBLIN, CA

The County and the ACFD will construct a new fire-training center across 3.2 acres and adjacent to the existing fire station. Delivered using the Design-Build delivery method, the new $24M facility will include a 7,791 SF classroom building, a covered utility yard, a site accessory building, a fire training tower with burn rooms, on-site training props, and 43 parking spaces.

6D is providing project and construction management, including planning, scheduling, estimating, assistance with testing and inspection, geotechnical and surveying services, and commissioning and related services. This project is currently in the procurement phase, slated for completion in May of 2026.
