SACRAMENTO, CA
This $47M project encompasses the Natomas Center, Phases 2 and 3 – a new two-story building that will be located adjacent to the existing Phase 1 building. Together they will serve as a satellite campus to American River College. The 52,000 SF instructional facility will house classrooms, computer and science labs, office spaces, and student collaboration areas. The satellite campus will also include a central courtyard to promote student collaboration. Upgraded site amenities will include electric vehicle parking and preparation for future EV stalls.
6D’s construction management services include constructability review, coordination with the District’s commissioning and LEED officials, scheduling, estimating, coordination of technical inspection and testing, and change order management and reporting.
Once construction commences, we will support construction and closeout phases.
