PG&E – Utility Conversion Program, Concord Mobile Home Park

As part of the California Energy Commission Mobile Home Park Utility Conversion Program, this project replaced electrical and gas services to 282 residences. 6D provides construction management support throughout the project and recovered more than $81K in damages caused by the utility upgrade contractor that were initially disputed. 6D implemented coordination and communication tools that PG&E now utilizes on their other upgrade projects.
