Sonoma Clean Power – Headquarters Building

SANTA ROSA, CA

This 15,330 SF, $10.3M tenant improvement project included an exterior facade upgrade, a 240 SF addition with second-level exterior deck, sitework, fire alarm, automatic sprinkler, landscape, irrigation, building systems, elevator, photovoltaic system, and an exterior lithium stationary battery system. This building is now Sonoma Clean Power’s new Zero Net Energy Headquarters Building.

6D provided facilities maintenance, project, and construction management services, during the pre-construction, construction, and closeout phases, including constructability review.
