LAKEPORT, CA

The new Lakeport Courthouse for the Superior Court of California, County of Lake, is a 45,300 SF, four-courtroom facility that will replace the aging courthouse on North Forbes Street. Designed to deliver modern, secure, and efficient court operations, this new building more than doubles the County’s current judicial space and enhances public access to justice.

Key features include a jury assembly room, a self-help center, dedicated attorney/client meeting rooms, and on-site parking equipped with solar power generation. With a total project budget of $83.8 million, the courthouse is scheduled for completion in early 2026.
