CA Department of General Services – Constructability/Peer Review Services

This project consists of two $5M on-call contracts to provide constructability/peer review services. DGS manages projects for all State departments, including the Department of Water Resources. Projects include additions and renovations, and scope includes project design documents (plans and specifications) and construction processes prior to bidding and construction. Services include reviewing plans and specifications to identify errors, omissions, discrepancies, ambiguities, reliability, maintainability, and code compliance in architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical designs.
